If Location = Singapore in your profile is accurate, Citi runs 3-4 month PayAll promotions every half a year that typically price out to S$7-10 per 1,000 miles. Caveat being you must have (ahem) valid bills to pay like taxes, condo management fees, etc. It's not a straight up "buy miles" facility.
