Usually I buy Vanilla VGC and load at WM no problems.

This time I made the mistake of trying to use the Vanilla VGC online, and it was declined. I went to vanillagift.com and the balance was fine. Then I went to WM to try to load and it was declined. I called Vanilla and rep said something generic about security measures and to try to use the card again in 4 hours but not at WM. I asked if I could use online at plastiq and rep said yes any website.

In the future, I'm going to load at WM without trying to use Vanilla VGC online or checking balance.
