In other words, maybe just a "long game" by the court..
...as opposed to them being liable for the product they sold in the first place?

Edit: also while I've absolutely no interest in booking these myself, I see no reason they should be forced out of the market by the courts either. Merely that Kiwi [or anyone else operating in this space] should be liable for delivering the product they sold. The only parties in the contract for DUS-BKK are the traveller and Kiwi.
