What I would suggest to the OP is that s/he uses the Royal Air Maroc Manage Booking screen, this is near native Amadeus. Specifically it's the section below Baggage, not the personal information above. From another area it seems OK to make changes directly in Amadeus on RAM or the Qantas equivalent so long as you are more than 3 days from departure, at which point BA moves the booking into the FLY area.

It tends to work for new bookings, but not for existing bookings and for those with 2 or more nationalities you can see this may be undesirable if this propagation was invisible to the passenger.
