The only name I've heard is "Signature Lounge", but I feel like they could easily get the access requirements they want by:

1. Change the Cafe requirements
a. From "departing on a domestic confirmed Air Canada flight" to "departing on a confirmed Air Canada flight leaving from the same [terminal / section / something that includes "domestic" but excludes "transborder" and "international" in YYZ]" (this would not affect access to the YYZ Cafe)
b. Add "or hold Aeroplan Super Elite, Elite 75K, or Elite 50K status while traveling on a confirmed Star Alliance flight leaving from the same..." (phrase it so that it includes AC*G flying UA out of T3; this would also not affect the access to the YYZ Cafe)
2. Calling it a Cafe

The last thing we need is a 4th type of lounge with a unique set of entry requirements.
