Do you have a good primary doctor you like? If so, I don't see the need to go to a specialized travel clinic. I had to go to a specialized travel clinic to get my YF vaccination because most regular doctor's offices don't offer them. Otherwise, your primary doctor can make sure you're up to date on all your routine vaccinations and write you a scrip for malarone and an antibiotic (I always travel with one). If you don't have a primary doctor or can't get into one quickly and these specialized travel clinics are convenient, I suppose you can go to them. But there's no point. I think you're overthinking this, and since you don't need the YF vaccine, you basically just need to make sure you're up to date on your normal vaccines (which you should be anyway) and get a couple scrips.
Thanks. My PCP recommended Passport Health, as its their area of expertise.
