Got the same problem. They offer me to change the flight but error occurs.
Original flight is OSL-SIN-HKG-ARN. Tried to change it to FRA-SIN-HKG-FRA. Didn’t work. Even wenn I keep the original departure and destination the error occurs. Contacted already TK and ticket is still open. Called the hotline, they got the same problem to change the destinations/departures. No idea now except to wait
