Is the right number to call the 888 853 9536? I've explored every option on it and there's no way to get connected to a rep.
Edit: pressing 0 to report lost or stolen seems to have worked. However, the rep sounded extremely disinterested and lazy.
He said there were 4 transactions I attempted to make (lines up with 4 swipes at WM), and all of them failed because of incorrect pin.
I don't see how this can be the case when I tried the last 4 digits of the card, called to change, and then tried my new pin as well and none of them worked. Is the rep just lying or mistaken?
