I’m hoping to get some info here bc LH has been absolutely no help. I am flying Atl-Fra with a 3 year old. LH advertises 25% discount on most routes and almost all fares for kids under age 11. When I booked (before I found this info) I was charged 2 adult fares for me and the kid. Now I saw that in the confirmation my childs ticket is even more expensive than my adult ticket. Can anybody explain this to me? When I called LH, they told me that they don’t have any child fares available in their system at all going to FRA this entire year. Somehow I feel like something in their system is going wrong with all this.
