Upgrade option not available
Hi. I had a return booking from LHR to LCA (Euro Traveller) and had upgraded the LHR to LCA flight using avios. I now do not have the option to upgrade the return flight either by using avios or cash. Is this common? How do I upgrade the return flight if I wanted to?
