BCN-IAD-DEN today was yet another zero GS perks day for me. Check in only had Economy and Premier areas for a 772 so that took forever. Got to the gate and the contract gate people asked for my BP and told me to stand in the "Premier Group 1" line which was just to the left of the Group 1 line. Obviously, everyone with a number 1 on their BP and any status tried to get into the Premier Group 1 line only to be told, no go to the Group 1 line. Apparently the Premier Group 1 line was for 1K and GS and I was about #12 in line. Guy assures me that's where I'm supposed to be for pre-board, etc. They board handicap and families without any announcements and then call for 1K members to board. I'm 12th or so and get pulled for a random screening

At least the PL in IAD wasn't crowded.

I have interacted with at least 10 different UA employees today between check-in, GAs, FA's and lounge agents and I'm 0/10 on any GS recognition.
