That is not uncommon on FT at all. Someone often creates a property thread whenever an announcement for a new property is made, whether already open or not. This is true in the Marriott thread as well.

I know that but there’s only two posts there from 2023, one of which was today guessing spurred by this thread typically there’s more posts and you’d see it pop up in new activity more than once in 6 months. Anyways since there’s already a thread I’m sure mods will delete this one.
