I booked an airport Courtyard a few weeks ago for one night on points (actually a FNC), arriving tomorrow. Today, I received this email from the hotel. No issues as I will be staying there myself but this is the first time I have seen this.

- Please note that this is an automatic message generated by the system for guests who booked with points

We would like to reconfirm your reservation made on Bonvoy points under your name arriving on the 20/06/2023;

If another person will be checking in in your place, we kindly ask you to get in touch asap with Marriott Bonvoy ( +1 800 627 7468) in order to attach the new name to the reservation, otherwise, we will not be able to correctly process the Bonvoy Points and we must ask for a Credit Card.
