If just the ticket is cancelled/removed from the itinerary the flight reservation itself can easily survive (and can be amended etc); it is the same as an unticketed reservation, At some point ofc LH would require it to be ticketed as otherwise the reservation would be cancelled. But to me it sounds like rebooking etc was done to an itinerary without ticket.
It seems to me that there is a lot more between the lines. Apparently, the OP disputed the recalculated fare or the quoted fees and upfare. Moreover, the OP received a refund of more than SGD 200 but didn't notice or react? Why did the OP only find out about the unticketed reservation when at the airport for check-in? It would have been apparent that there was no ticket in the reservation far earlier., or when trying OLCI. IMO there seems to be several questions involved that do not really makes sense.
