I've tried recently to raise the mileage error issue for Oneworld Explorer tickets booked through the Oneworld portal through the 'provide feedback' mechanism on the portal, as well as yesterday to the only email address I could locate on the very sparse Oneworld website (@press, in a press release). It is definitely a shame they are so opaque and have pretty much no method to reach anyone. Not that I want to book on their site again due to the fact it'll probably always stick me with a QF ticket on ex-TYO due to the routing I prefer getting out of Tokyo, but really would like to test out pricing with segments on various carriers / different stopovers before calling to book it through an a different OW airline or travel agent.
Who knows, as buggy and difficult as it is, maybe it's actually operated by Qantas. LOL
