Elite bonus for 100K is 150% of the
base miles earned. The
base miles earned for the AA segment was 50% of flight distance flown, minimum 500
base miles.
Mileage Plan earnings is 500 base miles earned, both EQM & RDM.
Elite Tier bonus, RDM only, for 100K is 150% of base miles = 1.5 × 500 = 750.
Total earning is 500 base + 750 bonus = 1250 miles.
From July 19th, the same route purchased in AA BE, fare class B, would earn 30%, no minimum.
Base would be 681 × 0.3 = 204
100K bonus = 1.5 × 204 = 306
Total in Mileage Plan = 204 base + 306 bonus = 510 miles.
