This seems to be a point of continuing confusion in this thread. We had a stay at this property in April and in my discussion with some of the staff (whom we got to know a little over the course of our stay) there is no "rooftop" pool. It seems there may be some type of decorative water feature, but no pool. It will be a rooftop bar area. For a period the hotel page showed the pool icon under amenities, but it seems this was in reference to the very small pool inside the spa. However, at this point it seems they've clarified by removing the "pool" icon (perhaps to alleviate the confusion) and under "Hotel Features" it clearly just says "One rooftop bar" Under the "Amenties" section one of the bullets says "Spa (included indoor pool)" I suspect this is where the confusion came in, people just saw "pool" as an amenity and assumed it was part of the rooftop area. It is not.

Happy to be proved wrong, there could always be language/translation issues in my communications with them, but I don't think I'm wrong.
