We flew out of PHX on Saturday and decided to gate check our car seat for the first time.
When we went to gate check the agent told us that she would allow us to check it this time but that they no longer allow gate checking car seats.
I thought it weird and thanked her for making the exception.
Looking at the traveling with kids page today it still says we can gate check car seats.

Before I try to gate check the car seat again in a few months, does anyone know if they really have changed the rules and just not updated the website yet?
