- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? One category upgrade from So Cosy to So Comfy, as always
- How are the rooms? Still in a good condition. Nothing to complain about (apart from Jean Nouvel's design 
). The only change I've noticed is that they have new toiletries now, something called Saint Charles. The view of the city centre is still breathtaking
- What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- received all my member benefits this time
- breakfast is finally back to buffet + a la carte
- fantastic water pressure in the bathroom, impressive really
- Sofitel bed and pillows
- free minibar (soft drinks and water only)
- friendly receptionists and porters
- great jacuzzis in the spa
Bad: Just minor things:
- some breakfast items that were there before the pandemic are now missing, like champagne, apple strudel etc. And the quality of breakfast is not that great, in my opinion, certainly not worth the exorbitant price (I had it included, thankfully)
- waiters at Das Loft bar aloof and disinterested, they don't smile or say hello when they pass by, but these are first-world problems, obviously 
- one of the two steam rooms in the spa out of order
Other than these minor complaints, everything was alright.

Welcome drink valid "for 1 cocktail", as I was explained at the bar.
Welcome amenity - a chocolate bar.
Room upgrade.
Breakfast would have been free, but I had it included in the rate.
From my experience, loyalty treatment here is the same whether you're Gold, Platinum or Diamond. I had a chance to stay here with all 3 statuses.
One thing that really impressed me is that they had obviously put a note in my profile that I like Hermes toiletries and they were waiting for me in the bathroom when I arrived. A really nice touch which I really appreciate and better than any other welcome amenity! That was really, really nice.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? I got a special rate called Ennismore x ALL: 177 EUR for 2 people, breakfast included. I would return if there was a special rate like that again. But normally I prefer the MGallery.
