Vueling use Avios as well, same as Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia and Qatar Airways.
I think sometimes the accounts are linked without you doing anything. For example, if I book a flight with BA and it has an Aer Lingus sector in it, it shows in my AerClub account automatically, even without my AerClub number etc being included. I imagine this is similar.
