This happens more than not. On my last 4 UA flights, there was no GS recognition anywhere...not in UA Clubs, not at gate, or on board. And mot when I called in to try to do a same day flight changem And preloading is a joke, always lumped in with 1k and/or those traveling with kids.

Watch UA eliminate GS and simply offer people the opportunity to use the hub GS check in lobbies for a fee.
