USB Variable VGC Bin 4030
Went to Walmart, and tried the following.

1. Load $500 Discover in 1 swipe. Failed using the default pin (last 4 digits). Error: Debit not available
2. Called USB and changed the pin.
3. Tried again $500 Discover. Failed using new pin, same error.
4. Tried $200. Failed, same error.
5. Went to MoneyCenter/Customer Service, tried $499 MO for a $500 swipe. That failed for same error.



Based on this, wiki seems outdated, at least in my area. USB is not guaranteed to work.

That brings me to the key question, what is actually guaranteed to work?

1. Metabank BHN
2. USB
3. Sutton?
4. InComm <--- most likely contender
