They could be testing these pillows again.... they introduced these on select Asia flights and I want to say Frankfurt routes too back in early 2021. Called them a multi-use pillow as they can be regular, split as a neck pillow, or be folded for lumbar support.

That looks like a 757-200... might it have come from an international segment?
