I joined Hertz and rented a rental car from them for the first time and got upgraded to President's status with amex, but they told me I need to be verified and have had a few rentals but the upgrade goes through? Anyone heard of this? My app already shows president's status but when I go to hertz counter it shows a different status on their computer.
