Same here. Meanwhile, Delta has really upped their game on special meals IMO
I feel like this is an IT issue. Every time I try to save a preorder, it says "Our system is having trouble", and then saves it. for a while, it wouldn't work at all.
I don't need a special meal (in the last 6 or so years, one of the 2 meals is vegetarian, which is great for me), so I haven't called and inquired; it would probably confuse people to ask about something I don't want and also tie up an agents time. However, I am curious to hear if they have reduced the availability or it is just AA IT being AA IT.
