How much more confirmation do you need? Yesterday I replied to you that USBs work for the full $500. I loaded 4 of them today.

Welp, here's a DP...
I initially had 5x $200 MB BHN VGC BIN 4358 80. I couldn't do anything with these (denied everywhere).
Went to Ralphs today (Kroger in my area) to buy 2x $500 USB VGC Variable.
Rung up as $1011.90 with fees.
Swiped 2 of the MB VGCs, then all the other ones denied. Had to finish the remaining $600 on my Ink.
Thus walked out with 2x $500 USB VGCs BIN 4030.
Went to Walmart, and tried the following.
1. Load $500 Discover in 1 swipe. Failed using the default pin (last 4 digits). Error: Debit not available
2. Called USB and changed the pin.
3. Tried again $500 Discover. Failed using new pin, same error.
4. Tried $200. Failed, same error.
5. Went to MoneyCenter/Customer Service, tried $499 MO for a $500 swipe. That failed for same error.
Is this a WM issue or USB?
