Probably already answered somewhere but am Gold and booked two J tickets to MIA on Iberia via MAD for next June using Amex 241 as post pandemic running low on Avios. On IB website shows seats unavailable and have rung up Iberia to be told that seats wont be available for a couple of months once systems are updated. Has anyone else come across this or have I just ended up with wrong agent on the phone.
