I would leave it a couple more days if today is 7 days as it may be done today and not show on your card/account etc for a day or two I suppose.

After that I would personally call when convenient. When I’ve called BA over the last couple of days I have got ‘sorry we’re too busy to take your call on 2 occasions and then immediately through to an agent on 2 others. So wonder if there are some issues with the phone system this weekend.
