Had two flights in two days with BA and was not impressed by their ability to get baggage to baggage claim in a timely fashion. Friday into London City (breathtaking approach down the Thames, by the way) we came in at 19:53. KLM had flights from Amsterdam at 19:54, 19:59 and 20:07 that all had luggage come out before ours did. What the heck?
