So far they have never let me down. Landed at SJC tonight and once again they were as good as their word.
Delta offers a similar promise, with compensation in Skymiles if not met.
I checked a bag on two domestic trips with Emerald (EI regional) and it was on the carousel by the time I was walking past! I checked a bag with Lufthansa with a short connection in FRA and it arrived, with confirmation in their app that it was loaded onto the second flight.
Last time I checked a bag with BA (at T5) they didn’t load it (despite being told by the gate agent it was loaded) and it arrived several days later with the Christmas presents therein.
