A quick look through any social media feed and you will see hundreds, yes hundreds of people saying that their luggage didn’t travel with them and their having to wait up to a week without anything they thought they had taken with them.
Hundreds out of how many 10s of thousands? hardly anyone is going to rush to social media to say - my bags arrived in good condition and quickly - just look at these fora for example
As far as the rant goes, 30 minutes is not that long a time from arrival to collecting bags, so not sure why the rant
