FWIW Qatar were just as useless into Heathrow this evening. A dribble of Business bags then some with short connection tags.... after a good 20 mins of a glut of Y bags did the F bags show up. I was more annoyed with the silent deadly flatulator in my midst at the reclaim more than anything.
