usually only on 016 tickets. There are spotty reports of them accepting other tickets (e.g. 220) as well, but again usually only when UA flights were affected (which they can verify). Other random *A tickets with OAL re-routings and a partial credit ORC request to MP ... I think that has a really low chance of working.

If the OP wants to attempt it, send the ETKT receipt, the INVOL OAL re-booking via Email to [email protected] ... and hope for the best
