It has been said many times but I will reiterate it again. As a "best case scenario," CX won't return to pre-pandemic capacity until 2025. Personally, I think that is very optimistic. Cathay Pacific restored F service - once daily - HKG-LHR on December 5th, 2022; a - once daily - HKG-CDG was added January 18th, 2023. Not that long ago.

The main thing is, CX F was already not that big a deal before Covid, and certain is even less than its old self 3 years ago.
If I were so keen to fly an F, then try to fly QR's A380 F before QR retires it, to enjoy the gorgeous in flight bar that is more spacious and far prettier than what is on Emirate.
