Asia Vegetarian seems very station dependent. I recently had a good one out of CLT (posted above), similar to what you described. JFK is usually OK but my most recent one was a fail. Out of AUS, if it's catered (which it usually isn't), then it's a bad joke. Some months ago I got one with cold chicken. Otherwise it's been a very skimpy salad or whatever the non-meat option is on the regular menu. Like pre-ordering the side of salmon with the grain salad, it's a crapshoot.
