I still like it how other airlines, like JL, have a card in the seat where you mark which meal do you want at what time, to wake you or not, etc. That way you mark what and when you want and if you'd like can go straight to sleep.
Agree others are great where it's "meal on demand/mix n match." My biggest issue with DL they try to hard to be a Michelin star dinning establishment type meal. This just doesn't work at altitude
