FWIW I had a close friend go through a similar issue at this same property. Hyatt did end up reimbursing the instruments used/money spent for upgrades (I’ll confirm exactly which and come back) but it took a few weeks and seemed spurred by the hotel eventually backing down from their narrative that differed from her’s; this only happened after she painstakingly put together a play-by-play of her conversations with staff and shared appropriate photo and audiovisual proof.
