You will be required to see an agent to have the GE entry adjusted, if the main passport and visa are not what you are entering as. However you still get the benefit of not waiting in line to enter. Indeed, this is how I entered. The Kiosk recognized both passports. The agent entered My passport with the visa. I don.t think I am breaking GE rules. I was told not to use ESTA as I have a valid visa. I carry both valid passports. I believe the B/1B/2 trumps the ESTA and it is entered on the I94. It was friendly and quick. I am not sure that it is ok to use ESTA if I have a valid visa. Sorry for getting off-topic a bit. The 2 passport issue only affects non US GE holders as the Americans have to enter on their US passports regardless of how many passports they have.
