I stayed here in January when needing to be in Levent, but am taking the family next week.

As titanium I got upgraded to the corner suite a day or two in advance, I arrvied around 8.30am and they had the suite ready. The GM came to chat during check in and was very pleasent.

The club lounge was closed for renovation, breakfast was in the restaurant, the bar area off the lobby had soft drinks and decent snacks available all day and the evening lounge service was in the restaurant, all very acceptable.

Although levent is further from the main tourist areas, I think I prefer it as the Sheraton has the subway station around the side of the hotel. The subway got me to where I wanted to go quicker than taking a taxi from the hotels that seem more central, the traffic in Istanbul is manic and given the heat when I've been there walking far isn't ideal.

Service was outstanding, though that goes for every hotel I've stayed in Istanbul.
