As mentioned above you can potentially use BA's 5th freedom flights where they use the flights from LGW on stopping services to multiple Caribbean destinations. For example this should get you the 4 BA flight credit.

~$700 in economy (earning 40TP) and ~$1,900 in business (160TP).

You could also do SFO-XXX-MIA-SKB on AA business for ~£1,700 where XXX gives a 2000 mile segment to earn 140TP, plus the two 40TP. That's be 440TP return - which added to the 160TP gives you Silver for ~$3,500.
