Fastjet I have to say that is a somewhat nonsensical remark. management of large public companies do not give up caring ic they do they don't last very long .
The management of Cathay have demonstrated in the past months that they care very much.
Certainly there are srill glitches but may less than a few months back.
Virtually mothballing a large airline for 3 years leads to huge difficulties that cannot be overcome quickly.
If you are a Cathay traveller you would have some degree of understanding of the above but perhaps you are just looking for a cheap dig ?
