going from mia's link, i see that "travel with points" shows the cash value of points to be 150=HKG 1, so you have about HKG 4,000 worth of points, a bit over USD 500.

if you want to use them to pay for a partial purchase of airline tickets or hotel nights, you just charge the purchase on your card and then go online to use the points to pay.
