What's the easiest way to earn Silver based out of SFO
Hi Executive Club friends,

After many years as BA Silver/Gold based out of SFO, my European business travel has dropped off and I've dropped to Bronze. I'm looking for the easiest / cheapest way to earn Silver based out of SFO?

Tier points
It looks like I can earn 140 tier points for each business class flight over 2,000 miles on American/Alaska. Or 210 in first, where it exists. I think this is just a case of taking the cheapest qualifying flights I can find?
The four flight requirement
This looks trickier. Do I have to fly to/from the UK? Is there a way to book BA codeshares within the US? Does BA ever waive this requirement for members who live abroad? Or something else...?
