Tried to cancel a Flex today and put into wallet and no go. Said wallet is still not working for all fares. Only option is to keep amount as credit for 1 yr from ticket issuance and only for the same pax or wait for wallet to work and then use for a ticket for anyone. Seems customer unfriendly since when it was bought in Jan rules were cancel for voucher with no expiry.
Similar to my problem….lyou should have also been offered a full refund to your original form of payment.
