- What is your ALL status? Diamond

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes, it made the job, but less status recognition than for previous stays.

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive ?

Superior room with 2 beds and got that. Likely not a lot of possibility to upgrade when you need 2 beds, but they didn't even added some extra amenities in the room like bathrobe, slippers, Nespresso...nothing.

- How are the rooms? typical Novotel

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: : clean, no noise, comfy bed, enough space for 2 and suitcases, good breakfast buffet, not far from historical part of town (25 min walking), metro station very close, pool on the roof.

Bad: : poor status recognition, no welcome gift (they were doing it before), noisy breakfast room (and it was full of very young kids)

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? no lounge.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks :

Welcome drink can be redeemed at pool bar or on lobby bar. We used it at the rooftop pool for a glass of sangria. No welcome drink.
Late checkout was granted until 3 pm (my requested time).
