Applied today and got the pop-up window of not eligible for SUB, going to try again in a few weeks as the current SUB offer won't end until Aug.
Never got this message before from Amex. From other forums seems like Amex is getting stricter on SUB eligibility recently, as lot's of people were reporting getting the pop-up.
