In theory yes, but I'm not sure it's practical.
As long as SQ is running the NY-SIN non-stop with PE only -- priced at Y, no one will pay collusion fares to connect through Dubai for anything into SE Asia.
And once Russian space reopens, AI/UA/AA will have a dozen+ non-stops into India, allowing for quick connections to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal -- again Dubai won't make sense.
What's left, Pakistan/Iran/Maldives...ya maybe. They can collude on those routes all they want.
I just want Tata to maintain the codeshare stiff-arm into India, so zero collusion enters that market.
