Has the move to this Citi travel portal made it a pain to redeem Citi TY points for regular paid flights? Seems like the current engine is really wanting customers to redeem points for hotels instead of for flights.
It was very easy at the checkout to apply points to offset the total charge. I had booked with 100k -> $1,000 and canceled and the points went back within ten minutes.
