Wow! Just wow!

Looks like UA/EK are considering requesting legalized collusion status for EWR-DXB and IAD-DXB (possible new route).

These agreements are so consumer-unfriendly yet DOJ keeps approving them.

I'm becoming a fan of Tata's aggressive posture against UA as well as SQs aggressive pricing -- which has historically frustrated UA.

Now it's important Tata stand firm on the codeshare denial so the collusion is limited to Africa and Dubai routes only.

Tata & SQ are the only ones keeping pricing reasonable to southern Asia.
