Anyone know why SFO-SIN, both UA1 and 29, has so many delays (and to a lesser extent, cancels)? Is this relatively recent, or has this always been the case?

looking at UA29 (daytime), most days I’ve looked up in the past week are 1-2 hours late. Flightstats shows a 33% OTP April-May, and the same amount (or pretty close) of ‘excessive’ delays - basically, you’re as likely to be excessively delayed as on time. UA1 is better, for sure, but still only shows ~60% OT on Flightstats.

Also wondering how they are, with crew scheduling concerns, actually able to go, say, 2 hours late vs. cancel…I thought the ULH flights don’t have room for delays that long due to max work time, etc.
